Website features
This is a static website with no data-entry forms. Its own code does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or browser storage. Fonts and images load from the website’s own address. Opening an email or LinkedIn link takes you to the relevant service.
What the host does
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data in order to deliver and protect the page: your IP address, the time of the request, the address requested and your browser type. Cloudflare’s network error reporting may also send it a report when a page fails to load. I do not open or analyse those logs. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the site available and secure. Cloudflare acts as a processor.
If you email me
If you send an email, I process your address, your name and the content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, discuss working together. The legal basis is steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interest. I retain correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry or manage our work together. You can request deletion; legal exceptions to the right to erasure may apply. I do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the processing of your personal data and to request access to it. Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Email mart@kratikaitse.ee. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

If this notice changes, so does the date at the top. Previous versions are not archived separately.
